If you call to request replacement/refund of the product value, we may also process payment-related data. Please note that calls to our call center may be recorded for quality control purposes.
Purchase history data, including model and code, serial number of the purchased product, store/retailer name (if you did not purchase the product directly from us), and purchase date. We also collect the contact details mentioned above if you register your product for warranty.

Payment card information.
Data regarding interactions with us through social media pages. For example, if you submit a question about our products or leave a comment on our Facebook profile, we may collect that comment and the personal data contained in that comment (for example, the social media username and any other profile data associated with that comment).
Copies of documents provided to us to prove age or identity, where required by law. For example, if you submit a request regarding personal data, we may need additional information to verify your identity.
